A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable when reserving our services.

Balance of payment is due at least 7 days before commencement of care, when we will also make access arrangements to your home in order to carry out care in your absence.

No refunds will be made if our services are cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

Vaccination certificates must be available for inspection.

All food, cat litter, feeding, cleaning and grooming equipment is provided by customer.

Bank Holidays are charged at double rate.

Payments can be made by cash, debit card or BACS.
